Zen Organics tea is packed in a sterile, clean environment with the state of the art filtering system which clears the air at 44 times per minute. Indoor pressure, temperature and moisture are also automatically monitored on computer controlled systems. Sterilized products are examined by lot internally in the laboratory.

Traceability
Traceability is a key element for supply management or quality/safety control systems for Food production. Zen Organics supplier has extensive traceability systems to track Matcha powder back to its originating tea field through each production process, such as cultivation conditions, harvest date, lot information, production information, and shipping data. Tracking data and further information is available to our customers upon request.
