Here at Zen Organics, we envision a healthy and pesticide free environment in which all people are able to craft their own values based on an enduring respect for the earth.

At Zen Organics Inc. our main goal is to import and distribute organic teas to health food stores, super market chains and specialty stores. We believe that you are what you consume and for this reason we only import goods that we consume ourselves.

Lemonade

Recipe for cold lemonade
Add 2 to 3 tablespoon of Organic Matcha lemonade for one 1 cup (250ml) of water.
Dissolve organic Matcha lemonade mix in 3-4 tablespoons of boiling water. Add cold water and ice.

Recipe for hot lemonade
Add 2- 3 tablespoon of Organic matcha lemonade in a cup (250ml) of hot water,
Mix well. Enjoy

Matcha lemonade can also be enjoyed with your favorite fruit salad, cake, ice cube

Julie's Famous Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 banana
1 cup of almond milk
1/2 cup blueberries
2 scoops Vega Whole Food Smoothie Infusion
1tbsp flax seed oil
1tsp Zen Organic Matcha tea
1/2tsp Maca powder

Blend until smooth.
Make 1 serving

Zen organics chocolate Sauce

I found that most conventional hot fudge sauces contain milk or cream, and frustrated at not being able to have a sundae, i made up my own. Enjoy!

1/2 cup organic matcha sugar
1/2 cup organic matcha cocoa
1/8 cup water
1/4 cup non-dairy or soy creamer
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Heat sugar, cocoa powder and water in a sauce pan at medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add non-dairy, mix well until all solids are dissolved. If it seems too thick, add more water. Bring to a bubble (don't let it boil or you could risk burning it!). Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Can be served immediately over ice cream (it's wonderful on tofutti ice cream sandwiches!) in place of hot fudge, or cooled to serve with cakes and brownies.
